You know those Quit Smoking ad campaigns where they ask "If you weren't planning to quit, what are you planning?" Well, that applies here too. "If you're not planning to lose weight, what are you planning to do?" Seriously.

Great post. You've got my motivation kicked in. I really sat back and thought " What the #*(&% am I planning?" I've been on cruise control for the past few months. Time to kick it into gear. Thanks for that!
