Grey's Soxy Friday
no change...no problem...
Leave it to the ever dark and dreary Seattle-based Grey's Anatomy to take a usually joyful Hollywood moment of a wedding 3 years in the making and twist it into so much of tearjerker that you find yourself looking for a bottle of Prozac afterward.
Thank goodness for the Sox. They were certainly a bright spot, making history in the 6th inning. Aw go on, click on it, it is only 1:07 minutes in length, your boss isn't watching (so what if he/she is, it is Friday afterall), and it shows you exactly why baseball is an unpredictable and exciting game! Do you really think Soxy Deb and I would enjoy something that was boring? LOL

Note: Not nearly the level of intensity I've been focused on since getting the epulse monitor, but it felt good not to have to struggle and just "enjoy" the feeling of feeling good. My back is feeling better 90% of the time now. This is good.

Congrats to your Red Sox! That's another thing we have in common, baseball! My husband and I have a 15 game package to our wonderful Detroit Tigers. As a matter of fact I was just at the Tigers/Yankees game on April 29th. (Wed night)
All the rest of our games are on Sundays.
Have a super day, get your workout in, and take some time for you.
Great workout yesterday! Long slow workouts are good! Nice for tapping into those fat stores.
I'm planning on that today. A nice long, slow, steady bike ride for me today. Got to keep this body guessing!
You are doing it! Thanks for keeping me motivated. We're in this together.
Whether they win or lose, they do make for some exciting games, do they not?!
I stopped watching Grey's when Meredith went in the water and was like clinically dead and still came out of it a top notch doctor. I know this is TV and all, but helloooo? Really??? No after effects?
I just saw you twitter. I must follow!!! I'm off (well, I've always been off, but you know what I mean.)
OH WOW! I had the same thought watching Grey's. I was sobbing which makes no sense because I seriously don't like Alex or Izzie. And if Denny wasn't dead, I'd have to kill him just for showing up as a ghost and being annoying.
And then we have Keifer behaving most unlike Jack Bauer. That boy needs to cool it on the liquor. He clearly let's the booze do the thinking.
