Well, I know what works for me. Weighing in works for me, so weighing is what I will keep doing. The workouts require my weight information for accuracy, and I'll be damned if I am going to guess what that number is.

By the way, may I know your eating habits? Like what do you eat for breakfast, lunch? I'm keen to know how to diet and since you're losing weight, I might as well ask you :)
That is SO frustrating. I know how you feel. Have you given any thought to doing some weight training? I just started doing it (I really did NOT want to) 2x a week and I swear I think it has helped. I really do. The first week was awful though. I dunno, just something to think about. That 5 number will come rushing back, don't worry. You really are a workout rockstar! Whenever I feel like slacking, I think about you!!
I can't wait to hear how Friday goes...if he blows it, I might have to go track him down and beat him to a bloody pulp. The mood I've been in lately, he does NOT want to mess with me! I mean you. Whatever. HA!
