I have not lost even half a pound since Monday morning, but that's OK. I haven't gained! Tonight I will do more cardio. Writing it down here will MAKE me get to the gym.

Don't worry about the loss yet, things change quick on the scale. Mine is showing up right now but it will not (I am determined) be the case on Sat A.M.
Any new progress on your mom? Have they located her small intestine (I'm still so confused as to how a medical team could encounter this).
