Excellent. My re-dedication has worked. 3 lbs from mini goal. I can do this. I have shifted my thoughts a little bit, taken a chill pill, and included Sena in my efforts. I know when she was alive, she did everything she could to bring a smile to my face and keep the pain of the outside world at bay. Now, I must carry that shield, keep smiling, and keep losing.
When I reach 20 lbs lost, I will take another face photo. I know you can't wait either!
