morning weight: 272 lbs
Down another pound. It is vital that I see results when I'm getting back into exercising and weight training. Absolutely vital. The validation is key for me not slipping into the comfort eating zone. I can almost see the 260s ahead of me.

Awesome! I'm with you on the results. After all the hard work, you need to see the numbers falling.
So I'm on my way down to rake. You better get yourself one mean shovel to handle the snow we're going to get =)
Do you weigh every morning? Oh I don't think that is good if you do...any ways today is weigh in day and knock off 1 pound for me!

I'm December 7th by the way.
I just figured I would come to this post to report my weigh in for this week. I didn't know if you would have a post for today.
No change. At all. The last time I did one of these "diet/challenges" this is where I got stuck. I got to 6 pounds and could not lose anymore. I am having a bad case of Deja Vu. It took me 2 more weeks of the same 6 pounds before I finally gave up. I know I shouldn't have but it's disheartening to work so hard and have no change for 3 weeks in a row. So, I hope I can hold on, this will be the toughest couple weeks for me. And with the Holiday coming...it may be a lot easier to give up. *sigh
Wow I'm so proud girl!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way to go - you are inspring me! I will wait to wait in Monday. I sneaked a peak yesterday and it seems the scales have moved a little. I hope I don't mess it up over the weekend!
SOXY you cannot give up!!! One thing I used to do when I would get stuck is change up my routine a little. Do something a little different with your eating. That usually throws your body off a little and it'll get things moving again. GOOD LUCK I'm so impressed with your 6 pounds!
